You know I’m addicted to blogging. It is the engine of my personal social media program and for every program we build. I love the social networks, but the blog is the engine of social media marketing. Lots of folks miss this critical step. It is nice to have friends like you who get it too.

Dina,

I think the blog is a hurdle still for builders, just like the website was not so long ago. It requires someone outside their team to build it and they need direction for content, maintenance and moderation. As more and more builders start to blog, I think more will follow.

And you know I’d love to help them!

Some interesting statistics. For me, a blog will always, **always** be considered Home Base. As for LinkedIn, believe it or not, I’m pretty sure it’s my all-time favorite social network (as much as I use and love Twitter).

I have a Facebook and a Twitter account and yahoo 360 and I think I am on Linked in. I am on them on purpose for two reasons;1. I want to promote my writing past and present works in progress. 2.I learn a lot from the others online at these sites.
